Sister Pearl Ceasar, CDP, is the Superior General of the Congregation of Divine Providence. Sister Pearl entered the Congregation in 1961, making her First Profession of Vows in 1963. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Masters of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. Prior to her election to the Leadership Team, she was Executive Director of Project Quest, a workforce development agency. In the years prior to QUEST, Sister Pearl was an organizer in the Southwest with the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) for over 40 years. She was the Lead Organizer of COPS/Metro Alliance when Project QUEST was founded. Sister Pearl also serves on the OLLU Board of Trustees.
