Sister Ann Linda Bell, (formerly Sister M. Angéle), CDP, entered eternal life on February 22, 2017 at the age of 99. She was one of seven children born to Paul and Carmelite Richard Bell. Sister Ann Linda was born March 11, 1917 in Broussard, Louisiana. She answered God’s call to become a Sister of Divine Providence on June 3, 1933 and professed first vows on June 22, 1935. She began her ministerial life as an elementary school teacher in Alexandria, Louisiana.
