Sister Lourdes Leal, CDP, was born and raised in San Antonio and attended Providence Catholic School and Our Lady of the Lake University. She currently serves on the CDP Leadership Team. She has ministered in the San Antonio Northwest Deanery, in the Rio Grande Valley, and at Our Lady of the Lake University. Sister Lourdes has deep compassion for refugees, immigrants and their families and has helped with the Interfaith Welcome Coalition of San Antonio. She also serves as a mentor for students in the “Spirituality and Spiritual Direction” program in Spanish at Oblate School of Theology. Looking forward to meeting new folks and sharing faith experiences, Sister Lourdes is excited about the initiation of PROSO.
