Sister Mary Jane Bell (formerly Sister Mary Basilissa) entered eternal life on May 6, 2017 at the age of 95. One of seven children of Paul and Carmelite Richard Bell, Sister Mary Jane was born July 28, 1921 in Broussard, Louisiana. In June, 1938 she joined the Sister of Divine Providence and professed first vows on June 22, 1941.
